I got hooked on starting my very first dropshipping business ,cause it claims to be "ZERO STARTUP COST" business model.
This statement is actually near to BS .
In a sense it is FREE TO START, as you just need to have a reliable dropship supplier (free ) , and a platform to sell , like your facebook (free) .
But , if you want to make it works, you need to dump in some money to set up your website, invest on education (like learning all the tricks and hacks in dropshipping) , some marketing fees and etc .
YES, YOU NEED TO INVEST MONEY TO MAKE IT WORKS!
#2 DROPSHIPPING IS A FULLY AUTOMATED BUSINESS MODEL
THIS IS DEAD WRONG ! It is not automated and definitely is not passive income, NOT ALL!L !
Let's look at how dropshipping really works.
When you post your products on your facebook page for example , and someone pm you and bank in the money to your bank account .
What you need to do next , is to pay your dropshipping supplier, and ask them to send the products to your customers, and you are done.
It sounds like super simple isn"t ? NAR NOT SO EASY.
SOME PROBLEMS MIGHT HAPPEN (that i encountered before)
  • my dropshipping supplier run out of stock.
  • my dropshipping supplier try to undercut me, by putting their own business logo and card into the parcel that going to send to my clients.
  • after paying my dropshipping supplier, my clients did not receive the products.
  • set the wrong shipping cost, and i make a loss (when i ship overseas) .
  • products are not the same as describe.
So , is dropshiping a fully automated business model ? NAR !!!!
SO NOW , BACK TO THE ORI QUESTION.

Can Dropshipping Really Earn Money ?

YES IT CAN.

IT IS HARD ?

HELL YEAH .

Runing a dropshipping business is just like running others businesses.
You need a business plan , you need to know what are the products that are demanding and not , how to market your products , where to get a realiable dropship supplier etc. IT IS A BUSINESS, so run it like a business.
